To qualify for a full refund, returned goods must be in flawless and resalable condition. This means that the items must be completely unused, undamaged, and clean, with all original labels, seals, manuals, accessories, and packaging materials included. Items that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and whose seal has been broken after delivery are expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless an objectively confirmed manufacturing defect exists.

The official return procedure is as follows: You must submit your return request within the 14-day period by contacting service@mail.welzap.com, providing your order number, the relevant items, and a clear explanation supported by representative photographs. After approval from our customer service team, you will receive a return authorization and the official return address. The package must be shipped using a trackable postal or courier service; the direct costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer.
