These Terms and Conditions apply to all visits to and use of the website welzap.com, as well as all distance contracts concluded between welzap.com and consumers through this platform. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have obtained consent from a legal representative) and agree to these terms and conditions without reservation.

1. Formation of the Agreement: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The purchase agreement becomes legally binding once the payment has been authorized and welzap.com has sent a written order confirmation by email. In the event of an obvious programming error, material mistake, or technical error in pricing, welzap.com reserves the right to cancel the agreement and immediately issue a full refund of the amount paid.
2. Delivery and Shipping Insurance: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, after which a delivery period of 8 to 10 business days applies for deliveries within the Netherlands. The buyer has the option to purchase shipping insurance at a rate of 2% of the order value to cover transportation risks.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds: Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the goods. Once the returned goods have been received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 business days through the original payment method.
4. Usage Requirements: Users are prohibited from applying automated data scraping techniques, scripts, or harmful software on the platform, or from performing actions that place excessive load on the website infrastructure.
5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: All legal relationships between welzap.com and consumers shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mutual consultation via service@mail.welzap.com shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
